Our Management Company, The Wm M Hotchkiss Co as provided Mgmt Services to two buildings (developed in 1925- 1927 period), during 2011 to 2023 and currently. Lifetime Tilers, Inc has completed extensive mission tile roofing projects during 2012 through 2015 period, removing tiles to replace worn under lament, replacing rotted wood and resetting mission tiles. This project cost over 1.2 million dollars. The company continues to service any chimney and copper valley repairs currently needing service. Another Condo building in New Haven had slate roof repairs and copper valley replacement projects each year during 2014 to 2023. New Snow guards were also installed to prevent accumulated snow from sliding off at doors entries. This work was fully completed and warranted.
